Rocky Point Infrastructure On The Rise
Work has just began on repaving and paving Blvd. Freemont, from Blvd. Benito Juarez all the way to the traffic circle located near the intersection with Blvd. Josefa Ortiz De Dominguez. The city is also awaiting federal funds to repave streets such as No Reeleccion, Alejandro Sobarso, Jose Healy, Sinaloa, and Simon Morua. According to the city officials, Blvd. Freemont and Luis Encinas’ pavings will be all complete in approximately 2 months.
Also, 4 tons of asphalt concrete will fill in pot holes along Blvd. Josefa Ortiz De Dominguez and Calle 13. This work will add up to the many streets that have been paved since September of last year, such as San Luis, Juan Aldama, Juan De La Barrera, Constitución, Juventino Rosas, Francisco Madero, 25 Norte, 26 Sur, 26 Norte, Jose Healy, Rocaportense, Rafael Godoy, and Blvd. Lopez Portillo by the Police Station. Wthout a doubt a great moment for the city, which suffered from a great lack of paved streets for decades, but everything is changing at a very fast pace.
